Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Doarly acts as a facilitator between clients and service providers. If a refund dispute arises, we will mediate based on the evidence provided by both parties. However, the final decision rests with the Company.
7. Amendments to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
